Website Maintenance Plans
As Needed Plan - is really no more than our being here when you need us. However, all of our work will be billed in 1/2 hour increments, and your requests will be taken care of only after those of our contracted customers.
Level 1 Plan - includes monthly backups of your site, monthly email volume & storage analysis, and 4-8 software security updates/year. Any additional work to be done will be billed at a rate of $57.50/hour (a discount of around 4%).
Level 2 Plan - includes monthly backups of your site, monthly email volume & storage analysis, and 4-8 software security updates/year. One hour of updating your site each month is included in the fee. Any additional work to be done will be billed at a rate of $55.00/hour (a discount of over 8%).
Level 3 Plan - includes monthly backups of your site, monthly email volume & storage analysis, and 4-8 software security updates/year. Two hours of updating your site each month is included in the fee. Any additional work to be done will be billed at a rate of $52.50/hour (a discount of over 12%).
Level 4 Plan - includes monthly backups of your site, monthly email volume & storage analysis, and 4-8 software security updates/year. Four hours of updating your site each month is included in the fee. Any additional work to be done will be billed at a rate of $50.00/hour (a discount of over 16%).
Level 5 Plan - includes monthly backups of your site, monthly email volume & storage analysis, and 4-8 software security updates/year. Eight hours of updating your site each month is included in the fee. Any additional work to be done will be billed at a rate of $47.50/hour (a discount of over 20%).
Custom Plans - may be negotiated for specific requirements not covered by the above.
